The following information is a general list with basic descriptions of the documents that musst be submitted after a succesful interview result. As some documents may take longer to process than others, we recommend preparing them in advance or as early as possible to prevent processing delays.

The online application form submitted through JinhakApply must be properly printed and include the applicant's wet-ink signature on page 6.
A professional-style photo should be submitted with the printed application form.
A color photocopy of your passport information page is required as part of your document page. The passport also should be valid within 1.5 years of the application period start date.
Applicants must submit a national-level background check from their country of primary citizenship, which must be validated with an apostille. Please review the detailed section carefully to prevent processing issues
To meet the minimum education eligibility requirement from the program, applicants must submit a notarized

After a successful interview result, applicants must submit the original ink-signed recommendation letters that were uploaded to their online application form, or obtain and submit new valid letters (if requested).
Applicants can apply for EPIK while they are completing the necessary courses
Some applicants may be required to submit additional mandatory documents depending on certain factors (e.g., nationality, education backround, etc.) or if requested by the EPIK Office. In particular, we strongly advise applicants from Australia, the UK, South Africa, Korean citizens, and applicants who attended international schools outside of the designated English-speaking countries to review this section to ensure your application does not face any delays in processing.
Applicants currently teaching in Korea may obtain certified copies of certian previously-submitted documents to help speed up their document collection and submission process. Eligible applicants should read through this section throughly to avoid potential delays.
