Working together with Korean Tourism Organization, Busan Metropolitan City Office of Education (BMCOE) had 6 splendid cultural tours this year starting Kyeongju/Ulsan back in January ending with Jinju in October. At most 90 participants at a time, teachers experienced fascinating and intriguing Korean culture through participating in cultural events

such as ¡°Jinju Lantern Festival¡±and ¡°Andong International Mask Dance Festival¡± as well as touring through historical sites and exhibits such as Daegaya Royal Tomb Pavilion. Teachers eased their stress and homesickness while blending in with each other, chatting, laughing, and eating. Receiving positive feedbacks from all participants,

BMCOE plans to continuously provide opportunities to expose teachers to Korean culture as well as creating social gatherings for teachers to associate with each others.
