In this site, users upload content to Social Networks. Social Networks, in turn, control Content. If the Network Creator designates the Network as private, any Content submitted to that Network will be deemed to be Private Content. Private Content is licensed for use only within the Network into which it is posted. Public Content is available in the Network in which it is posted, other Networks, as well as the Ningbar, which we'll get to in a moment.
