The EPIK team flew to Toronto to participate in the National Job Fair & Training EXPO
(10th)

at Metro Toronto Convention Center, held on April 3 ~ 4, 2007. We set up an EPIK booth (#630)

and about 10,000 persons(according to the Job Fair authority) visited the Job Fair.



  EPIK team also hosted 4 information sessions at the Universities in Toronto and
Ottawa,

including University of Toronto, University of Waterloo, York University and University of Ottawa,

with cooperation from Career Service Centers in the universities. University info sessions were

very effective in promoting EPIK, where 20-25 sincere prospective applicants attended at each
session.



  We visited Korean Embassy in Ottawa and Consulate General in Toronto and met
members of the Canadian

Korean Schools Association and Canada-Korea Society to build a better cooperative relationship for
EPIK.



  In addition, the articles on EPIK program and promotion activities in Canada were
covered by local

Korean newspapers and the EPIK team interview was aired on KBS World TV and All TV. We were
satisfied

with the positive response we received at the job fair and info sessions and were very happy to
spread

the word about EPIK. We’ve posted a few pictures of the events. Check them out in the photo
