EPIK office in Seoul has simplified the application process for applicants.
(Please check with your local Korean Embassy/ Consulate General, as each Embassy/Consulate
General has difference application process)

□ Application Process

ㆍSubmit the 1st documents: Completed application form, personal essay, personal medical
assessment and a copy of a passport photo page.

ㆍInterview

ㆍSubmit the 2nd documents: Recommendation letters, diploma, sealed transcripts, official
medical report, criminal record check, (if applicable: proof of employment, certificate of
TESOL/TEFL/CELTA).

☞ X-ray test can be taken in Korea after signing the contract.

(However, if the X-ray test results prove that the applicant cannot be accepted in EPIK, the contract
will be terminated and the applicant must return to his/her home country. In this case, the return
airfare, the cost during the stay in Korea and other expenses will be borne by the applicant.)
