The Alien Registration Card is issued one week after submitting the application. You can either pick it up in person or ask to be sent by courier service (fee applicable).
You will need to visit the immigration office for any of the following reasons:
If there are any changes to the content on the Alien Registration Card
(e.g. address change, name change, etc.)
If the card is misplaced or damaged
You need to visit the Immigration Office with documentation supporting the changes and apply for a re-issuance or change of the certificate within 14 days. If you change residence, you must report to new district office within 14 days after moving in.
